Scout & Misty – 7 months old

They are growing up so fast! They still have lots of kitten energy and spunk, but they are starting to look like actual cats.

Neither one was interested in the Thanksgiving turkey, we had to force Misty onto the table for the obligatory “cat sniffing turkey” shot.

But boy oh boy, the kittens have discovered that Christmas is the absolute best time of the year! Between the ornaments, the crunchy stuff on the tree, presents, ribbons, and the tree itself, there is so much to keep them entertained.

Scout & Misty – 6 months old

I can’t believe the kittens are 6 months old already! Their personalities are very well defined now.

Misty is very prissy. She doesn’t run around from place to place; she prances! She is a pretty little princess and she knows it. She is a lap cat, she loves attention, and she loves to be in the middle of EVERYTHING!

Scout on the other hand is more reserved, a little skittish, and is always on the periphery of the room, just out of reach. She is just as sweet as her sister though, loves to play, loves a good face scrub, but she isn’t always under foot like Misty is.
